Ingredients
1 block of tofu
2 eggs
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cooking oil as needed


Cooking Method
Wrap the tofu in a cheesecloth or paper towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
Place the drained tofu in a bowl and mash it finely with a fork or masher.
Add 2 eggs to the mashed tofu and mix well.
Add chopped green onions, salt, and pepper, then mix thoroughly to create a batter.
Preheat a frying pan with cooking oil over medium heat.
Scoop one tablespoon of the mixture at a time onto the pan and shape into rounds.
Cook until golden brown on both sides, and it's ready to serve.
